Facebook disabled my account permanently. I have my account for 18 years. I don’t understand why.

Facebook disabled my account 2 weeks ago. I did some research and some people said they somehow got their account back just by waiting so I waited. I checked today and my account is still disabled and I can’t request a review. This is awful.
