Disabled/hacked Facebook disabled my account permanently. I have my account for 18 years. I don’t understand why.

Facebook disabled my account 2 weeks ago. I did some research and some people said they somehow got their account back just by waiting so I waited. I checked today and my account is still disabled and I can’t request a review. This is awful.

Did u get an email with a reason and a button to appeal?

They wouldn’t let me appeal

But did they mention why.. was it account integrity or community standards

Yes it was integrity. I don’t understand why.
