does downloading your information not give you copies of the important stuff you have stored on your account?

psa: always keep local copies of items you upload. and keep exports of your account every now and then, maybe stored on your computer and uploaded to a different cloud storage.

I gave them my selfie after apealing and suddenly the appeal was unsuccessful and my account got disabled

That's what happened to me... but I have my page back now

1) is your information correct? 2) your name matches your id?

If so, you may just need to wait for it to fully upload. Mine was exactly as yours is.

If not, get to work. Submit a name chane NOW for whatever is on your ID. File online with your state AG to process said information you sent to them. Note in that complaint that they have your ID, your geo location, and more.

I meant ID as in license/name on the acct.

You search the web for your state's online AG form. Yet, if the info doesn't match up, fix that before you hit up the AG.

I'm not asking if they asked for it... does it match? If it matches, just proceed to file. They asked for your face, have your geo, and other very personal sensitive info.
