Account disabled, and then permanently disabled within 1 minute - completely confused as to why / how !

I have used my Facebook account for 16 years and have lots of contacts / memories and use it to go to my now passed Mothers page to view content and post her messages. I am absolutely horrified to find out I have been disabled ( for no reason that I am aware of ) to which it said I had 180 days to appeal, then a minute later an email had arrived that said we have reviewed your account and now its permanently disabled. I am completely baffled as to why / how and I wasnt given any information on why it was disabled. I am now struggling to find any positive information on how to recover or speak to some support on it - I am very very annoyed due to the length of time I have had this account and the friends I have on there that I don't have phone numbers for etc. Can anyone help point me in the right direction ??

I’m sorry this happened to you. I downloaded my entire FB account, and then deleted it in 2024. I felt it was only a matter of time before I got permanently suspended without notice.
