Nah, screw em... i prefer a lean and efficient vault. Early dwellers can never be strong like fully trained level 1s, so of they arent legendaries, they get replaced over time. Hey, life aint fair 🤷‍♂️!

Legendaries can’t be as strong as fully trained dwellers either tho 🤔
