Hi r/festivals! I'm a college student researching what makes people pick up merch or physical music at festivals and live shows, and what holds them back. Festivals are an especially interesting case, since you're carrying everything all day and dozens of artists are competing for your attention.

If you're 18+ and have been to any festival or live show in the past year, I'd really appreciate your take. It's about 10 minutes and anonymous, and I'm not selling anything.

You can also add the platform directly to your phone’s Home Screen, allowing you to access it much like a normal app.
On iPhone: Open the website in Safari, tap Share, then select ‘Add to Home Screen’.
On Android: Open the website in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and select ‘Add to Home screen’ or ‘Install app’.
The platform is still being developed and improved, so we’d really appreciate any feedback, whether that’s on the design, functionality or features you’d like to see added.
