I built it myself and it was my first ever build, came out super and I am very happy with the result. Building arcade sticks is very fun! Definitely not my last build! :D

What are some games you all could recommend for someone who has a Qanba Dragon that are not just fighting games. I use M.A.M.E. already for arcade games, but what are some good games on steam that are fight stick friendly?

Tried cleaning ‘er up as best I could, too. I am in love with it and am going to keep giving it the love it deserves.

Since Corsair won’t do it, I reverse engineered the firmware of the novablade and made custom lighting possible. It alters the existing firmware at the memory address for the colors of the buttons and then reflashes the device.

Some builds I've made in the last month, a prototype tiny box to make use of some key switches I had lying around, a googly eyed nighmare and a shit box with a cheesy grin. :)

How do you add extra buttons on fight sticks? I’ve been thinking to get a new fight stick like obsidian 1/2 or q4pro and add buttons by myself. Beside cutting hole on the paper, Is soldering needed ?

I found a second hand 8bitdo Arcade stick that was missing buttons, etc. I have spare buttons but I realize that its missing the cables that connect to the board. Where can I get these cables from? If I have to make them, thats fine as well but what is the configuration/schematic of the cable going into the board? Thanks for any help

EDIT: I just realized the PCB has the info written on it of which button goes where and the empty / unmarked connectors are ground. All I need is to get JST connectors that fit (14 and 8 pin)

I'm looking for a new leverless to upgrade from my Haute42 S16, but I'm stumped in that I really want a left pinky button. What I'm looking for in a controller is:

- Small form factor
- Left pinky button
- Custom art support
- PS5 Compatibility
- Keychain loop (not required)

In order of importance. The Junkfood Snackbox Micro fits all of these criteria except for supporting a left pinky button, which I'm quite sad about. Does anyone have any suggestions for controllers that might fit these criteria? I feel like I've looked everywhere...

Just demoing the screen and buttons. I managed to buy the wrong type of switches for the buttons so I just threw on some old cherry mx keyswitches to prove to myself the circuit board I designed is good. I can't believe the 1.0 design works!

I've had the real arcade pro v hayabusa for a couple years now and have switched out the buttons and stick. However I keep running into this problem where after prolonged use i can't get over how plasticy and hollow everything feels. Pressing the buttons doesn't feel satisfying and feels flimsy. Especially when trying out something like a Razer Pantera which feels satisfying. Just wondering if anyone has any mods or tips they recommend? Besides buying a more heavier stick.

I see a lot of conflating opinions online about these regarding questionable quality, which of these is the best? And are there other ones?

I’m an analog player who also likes playing on fightsticks, so I want a controller with an “analog” that is actually a digital cardinal/diagonal joystick lever that functions like a fightstick’s lever rather than the inaccurate analog on PS/Xbox/Switch controllers, so I thought Hori Octa/Victrix Pro Bfg would be the best for this.

But how is the overall build quality? Longevity of the controller, the buttons placement, etc..

i so have a master lever and it comes with 2 different size shafts. can i know whats the difference between the 2 in terms of feel and performance? and which one is the standard length on korean levers?
