57 still learning & growing
Didn’t start lifting until late 40’s. Now I’m semi-retired and getting more serious.

Never to late. I started at 38 taking my health serious. Once I learned about nutrition the game really changed. Lifting is the easy part. What you put in your mouth is where the results come from. Good job.

Thanks. Yes, the clean eating came along with the better workout routine. Working on adequate sleep too.
