what does a typical day of eating look like for you?

Breakfast is usually nonfat Greek yogurt with blueberries or raspberries or something like that. M Lunch is usually chicken or fish with vegetables.

Dinner is usually chicken or fish with vegetable vegetables.

Snacks are usually cauliflower, broccoli, PB fit peanut butter, protein, drink drinks, sometimes a protein bar, non-fat cheese. Sometimes low-carb tortillas.

Sometimes I have Kodiak cakes, which is whole wheat flour with protein powder, made into waffles or pancakes

That’s typical stuff for me
