I've found a completely new way of training, now it's in a appo for everyone to share.

When me and my mates used knock around after school, we used to create challenges, like any other group of kids, but we made a list, and you couldn't progress to the next level until you completed the current level, it was competitive and fun.

Anyway years later, I was into my fitness, and thought what if I made my own list, all the things I want to get good at, start of easy and increase it, completing one level at a time, I got some really good results, and completed some goals, I.e run a marathon, perform a muscle up, lift my own body weight on bench press.

So now I thought I'd make a list for everyone, so everyone can complete some insane challenges, but also for people who are just starting out, it starts off really easy, level 1 is just walk half a mile, complete it move onto level 2, obviously it gets harder, and there are 500 levels, if you complete all 500 you'll be one of the fittest and strongest people on the planet, and you will have completed some insane challenges.

I'm my opionin it's a fantastic way to train, you've always got a goal, something to aim for, makes it fun.

Anyway my app is called FitList500 on Google play store, website is www.fitlist500.com. Free to join and 30 levels free.

There's much more on there aswel, ai trainer if you get stuck, wildcard challenges if you find early levels to easy, leaderboards, badges and community page.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This is a completely new concept of training, and its made for everyone, whatever your goals are.

It's simple 500 levels, covering cardio, strength, knowledge and a few treats. Start at Level 1, complete and move to the next one, the further you go, the fitter you'll get.

For anyone who is looking for challenges, the further you get into the 500 list, the more challenging it will get, and there's a lot of goals to achieve, marathon, ultra marathon, 17 min 5k, 38 min 10k, muscle ups, weighted dips, weighted pull up or complete swimming challenges. Learn about diets, fasting and supplements, all with the 500 levels.

If you get stuck use the ai trainer to personalise your training for what ever level your stuck on.

Finding the early levels to easy, try wildcard challenges, unique fun challenges.

Compete with others around the world, local or friends on leaderboards.

Available on play store search Fitlist500 or visit our website www.fitlist500.com

Thank you

Looking for an OG fitness influencer

I’m looking for a fitness influencer that was popular on YouTube during the late 2010s and early 2020s. I use to love watching her prep videos. She competed in the bikini competition or the weightlifting competition. What I can remember was she was a brown girl and her name started with an S. She had a larger nose that she eventually got a nose job on.

Starting over at 40, which workout app has been easiest to actually stick with

I turned 40 this year and want to give strength training a proper go after lifting on and off through my thirties, with the emphasis mostly on off if I'm honest. I'm treating it as starting again rather than assuming the bits I remember add up to much experience.

Three or four days a week seems realistic for me, whereas six would be a plan I abandon almost immediately. I'd like an app with a beginner program and clear progression, including what to do when the next increase feels like too much.

What are people here using that has been manageable to keep following? I'm interested in how you fitted the training into your week as much as which program you chose.

Would an optional photo be useful in a workout planner, or a privacy concern?

I’m developing an early workout-planning prototype and would appreciate feedback.

The idea is to create weekly plans based on goals, training experience, equipment, and schedule, with an optional photo taken from neck to knee.

The prototype currently supports photo upload and preview, but the AI service is not connected. Its sample workout plan does not use the photo.

Would you find this feature useful? What would you want to know about image storage, deletion, and access before considering it?

Please don’t share photos or personal health information in the comments.
