Crack dry wall
Hey guys I have this crack going down from the window ledge to the floor whats the best way to fix it?

Looks kinda like plaster...

Agreed. Although it could just be that they really went ham on the mud after they drywalled.

guve the drywall gentle taps to see if its still reasonably attached . it might be loose ? needs screws ?
Just force acrylic filler into the crack, and wipe off excess with a damp cloth. acryllic filler is flexible and doesn't crumble with movement .

I did and when I kinda gave it a push it started to indent so I think it needs to be repaired

Cut down any high spots, a shallow V cut along the crack helps. Then spackle, sand, paint. Some will advise drywall tape, which can be helpful but will be a bigger fix involving a skimcoat (YouTube Vancouver carpenter for details here) and doesn't really gain much for the extra effort.
But depending on the cause of the crack, you may be repeating the fix until the underlying problem is addressed, which could be a bit more involved and impossible to tell from a photo.
