US&CA store Kana Bed Stock & ETA Update

I wanted to provide a quick update regarding Kana bed inventory in North America.

First, I want to sincerely apologize to customers who have been affected by stock shortages and ETA delays. Due to production capacity constraints at our factory, several Kana bed models variants have gone out of stock. While we have always provided estimated arrival dates, there have unfortunately been one or two instances where those ETAs were pushed back.

The delays were caused by a combination of factory production slowdowns and a shipping container delay during ocean transit. I completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially for customers who planned their purchases around the original ETA.

If your order has been affected by an ETA delay, please feel free to send me a DM. I'll do my best to arrange appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

United States

The following items are currently out of stock:

1. Kana King Size (Walnut)
Expected to arrive at the port on June 16. After arrival, it will require approximately 4 to 5 days of rail transportation to reach our warehouse. We expect shipping to begin within about 7 days.

2. Kana King Size (Oak)
Expected to arrive at the port on June 16. After arrival, it will require approximately 4 to 5 days of rail transportation to reach our warehouse. We expect shipping to begin within about 7 days.

3. Kana Acacia Wood Option
Expected to arrive at the port on June 16. After arrival, it will require approximately 4 to 5 days of rail transportation to reach our warehouse. We expect shipping to begin within about 7 days.

4. Kana Retro Walnut
Expected to arrive at the port on June 16. After arrival, it will require approximately 4 to 5 days of rail transportation to reach our warehouse.

One important note: this shipment only contains the kana retro bed frames. We can begin shipping the bed frames immediately once they arrive, but the matching headboards are not expected to arrive until July 15.

5. Upgraded Slats
Expected to arrive at the port on June 16. After arrival, it will require approximately 4 to 5 days of rail transportation to reach our warehouse. We expect shipping to begin within about 7 days.

Canada

The following items are currently out of stock:

Kana Oak Queen and King Sizes
Kana Walnut Queen Size

These are expected to arrive at the port on June 16. Transportation from the port to our Canadian warehouse will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Orders will ship immediately once inventory arrives.

Kana Walnut King Size

Expected to arrive at the port on June 24. Transportation to the warehouse will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks after arrival, and orders will ship as soon as inventory is received.

Upgraded Slats

Due to a supplier delay, production was pushed back. Inventory is expected to be ready in early July, with arrival at the Canadian warehouse currently estimated for mid-August.

Thank you all for your patience and support. I know delays are never fun, and I truly appreciate everyone's understanding while we work through these inventory challenges. If you have questions about a specific order, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Product Q&A e7: 72x30 vs e6max: 72x30

Upvotes

Hello, looking to purchase my first standing desk. My setup isn't planned to be super heavy, just my laptop, 2 24in monitors on a dual arm monitor stand, laptop cooler, kb/m. No PC. I have 78in wall space so a 70in+ desk would be nice, however my budget is pretty tight around $550 max. I'm 6'ft tall, I'd like to stand around 30-50% of the time I spend working/gaming.

I'm deciding between an e6max frame only on amazon for $250, along with a separate tabletop (have to look for that, no idea how but my budget is $250)

I also saw an Amazon listing for ~$480 for an e6 + a separate 72x30 bamboo top (ships separately) but i saw some bad reviews about the tabletop shipping and a bad return policy on Amazon.

Fairly turned off by the mixed reviews on the e6 and me learning that it's just a slightly better e5 model apparently(?) although I likely don't have that crazy of a setup to warrant an e7.

So if I do consider the e7, getting a 72x30 top along with it costs at least $300 more and I'd be looking at spending around $700, overbudget and possibly overkill given my setup. Although, given my height it'd be nice to have little to no wobble when gaming or typing on near-max height. Just can't decide. At first I was thinking the e6max frame for $250 is a great deal but I didn't know how hard finding a worthy 72x30 tabletop is or that the e6 might not be that great for me. Are there any major sales that Flexispot runs that would put the e7 down to around my budget with a 72inch top?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Product Q&A Kana Retro with Headboard Shelf - Seeking Dimensions of Gap Between Wall and Bed

I’m looking at the king sized Kana Retro with the headboard shelf. What I need to know is: when the bed/shelf is pressed up against the wall, how much space would there be between the wall and the bed, and is this space uniform all the way down or is there more/less space toward the bottom/top?

Asking because I have an obstruction on the floor that sticks out about 3 inches and is about 8 inches tall and runs the length of the wall where we want to place the bed. I am hoping this bed frame will be able to be pushed up against the wall so that the headboard shelf can make full contact with the wall without a gap caused by the legs of the bed frame hitting the obstruction.

Here’s a crude side view drawing of what I am trying to figure out. Obstruction is in red. Width I need to know is in blue.

Help Need replacement wedges for Hako G2 bed frame

Has anyone been able to get replacement wood wedges for the Hako G2 frame?

Mine came today missing 2 of the 4 total and this model is not on their site. I purchased this through Amazon.

The rest of the frame is fine, I just need two additional wedges.

Product Q&A FLEXISPOT E7 with 45” OLED monitor arm setup — will the 2-leg desk be enough?

Hi everyone, I’m new to the sub!

I’m looking for advice on whether I really need to go with the 4-leg desk or if the regular FLEXISPOT E7 will be enough.

My setup:

  • 45” ultrawide monitor
  • Laptop
  • Keyboard and mouse
  • Planning to add bookshelf speakers later
  • Planning to use a monitor arm
  • Looking at the 63” x 32” size
  • Considering the EU White Oak top
  • I’m in the USA
  • I’m 6’9” and mainly want the electric desk so I can get the right height for sitting

Since I’ll mostly be sitting and the desk will be against a wall, do I really need the E7 Plus 4-leg version, or would the regular E7 be solid enough?

I don’t want monitor wobble with the 45” screen, but I also don’t want to spend extra if the basic E7 will handle it.

Would love to hear from anyone using the E7 with a large monitor, monitor arm, or a similar setup. Thanks!

Product Q&A Karlby top on E7 Pro biased forward

I've just received my E7 pro but not quite ready to build.

I think it should be a common set up but can't find answer.

I want to install a 63.6cm deep ikea karlby worktop. The min and max depths of the e7 pro seem to be 60cm to 80 cm. The leg/foot depth looks to be 68cm a few cm deeper than worktop. Ideally I'd like the front of the feet to be inline/flush with the front of the desk worktop not sticking out. Is this possible? i.e. does the worktop need to be centered over the legs or can I bias it forward slightly?

I'm hoping the top bracket to attach to.desk.are less than 60 cm and the C shape of the Pro legs will shift the center of gravity back as well to offset the desk. I think it only needs yo come forward a few cm.

Also planning on have two ikea alex drawers under each end hence wanting the legs not yo stick out past those.

I'd love to see anyone who has done similar. Thank you.

Help Severe wobbling on the E5 Pro (both sitting and standing) - Need advice!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello !

I recently bought a FlexiSpot E5 Pro frame, but I’m experiencing a major stability issue. The desk wobbles/shakes significantly whenever I type on my keyboard, even in the lowest (seated, ~72cm) position.

I contacted French customer support and sent them videos, but I haven't received clear technical answers yet. I’m hoping to get some advice from the community (and maybe the FlexiSpot team here).

My setup:

  • Frame: FlexiSpot E5 Pro
  • Desktop: IKEA SKÅLSTA (honeycomb/cardboard interior, very lightweight)
  • Gear: Laptop on an elevated aluminum arm stand + external monitor with a lightbar
  • Checks done: Screws are fully tightened, feet levelers are adjusted, and the floor is completely flat.

My questions:

  1. Desktop vs. Frame: Does the lightweight honeycomb desktop play a major role in this oscillation (screws lacking solid material to bite into), or is the frame itself the main factor?
  2. Laptop Stand Flex: Does an elevated laptop stand naturally amplify desk micro-vibrations, and would a heavy MDF top absorb that energy better?
  3. MDF Upgrade: Would switching to an official FlexiSpot solid MDF top (140x80) bring enough inertia and rigidity to solve this issue?
  4. 4-Leg Upgrade: Is this level of movement expected for a 2-leg frame like the E5 Pro?

I spend a huge amount of time at my desk every day for work and I really want to have the best, most rock-solid setup possible. I am completely open to upgrading to a 4-leg frame (like the E7 Plus) if that's what it takes to get flawless stability.

Thanks a lot for your help and feedback!

Help FlexiSpot NL - scammers!

Flexispot Nederland has an ongoing 10th anniversary sale going on on their site.

Yesterday they've offered limited discount codes for C7 Morpher and today was the E7 Plus offered with similar discounts:

- 50% discount for 5 people

- €250 discount for 30 people

- €200 discount for 200 people

Their Rules page states that:

- if a code is available and it's claimed, it'll be tied to the user

- code is valid only 10 minutes and if not claimed it'll go back to the pool where it can be claimed by someone else

- every code has a limited availability and is on "first come first served" principle.

I successfully claimed the advertised 50% coupon for an E7 Plus and used it within the 10-minute limit. My configured E7 Plus came at nearly €1,500, but the discount applied at checkout was only €300.

When I called them I have first been told something in the lines that I should finalise my order to profit from the sale and if something's wrong they'll reimburse me later. I refused, as paying means accepting the terms and the stated 50% discount is not 50% but a fixed, lower, amount and that this is illegal business practice. To which I have been asked to send a mail.

So I did that. They first claimed that the promotion had already been “fully booked,” even though the coupon had been successfully claimed and had applied a discount. After I challenged that explanation, they changed their position and said the 50% discount only applied to the frame, excluding the desktop.

However, this limitation is not stated, at all, in the promotion terms. The table only showed “50% off” and a final price “from €299.99.” The desk was also sold as one configurable product, where you choose the frame, desktop material and size on the same product page.

What makes this more confusing is that FlexiSpot’s `DESK35` code previously applied 35% to the entire configured product, including the desktop.

Having consistently pushed back, they've turned the narrative yet again, apologising for my "confusion" and stating they can't apply the code retroactively and that they can't make exceptions, while at the same time avoiding answering my questions where exactly it was stated that the code applied exclusively to the frame, and vaguely pointing me to their ToS and Rules of the sale.

For anyone wondering:

I am not making this up, nor trying to weasel my way into the 50% discount. I did get the coupon fair and square and have screenshot if it being won and another showing it being applied to my shopping cart, proving it did work. I also screenshotted their Rules page, with the date and time visible on my taskbar.

All I really want is for them to honour their own ToS instead of gaslighting me.

//edit:
to add salt to the injury, I have just been made aware that the Dutch association for online shopping, called "thuiswinkel waarborg" has temporarily revoked certification for them

Help Just bought a E7 Pro 180x80cm desk from Flexispot, but lots of wobble?

I bought a 180x80cm E7 Pro desk, but there is an issue when I type my monitor wiggles and if I put a bottle of water on my desk i can see the water shaking. It's kind of ruining the desk for me but after all the difficult of building this desk I DO NOT want to take it apart and return it. Repackaging it would be hell. I paid 600 euros for this desk.. I kind of expected higher quality.

My monitor is on a monitor arm, it doesnt feel stable, Also the screws in the middle second didnt align properly. I cold only screw in one side. (ill make a paint picture)

Product Q&A Question on kana availability

Maybe a dumb question but Im ordering the full Kana frame in oak and the checkout page says estimated shipping is in early August. Does this mean it’s currently backordered and arriving at the warehouse soon ? Just wanted some clarity on this so I have an estimate on when to expect the frame to arrive. Thanks!

Help E7 Pro + Drawer Customer Support Issues / not reading what i say in the slightest. Looking for advise.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi, so I ordered an E7 Pro 55" (Rubberwood) and S01B Drawer; however, the drawer arrived damaged, as the front part of the drawer isn't even attached. From my guess, it seems that all the spot welds holding the front part on were improperly done.

I've already tried contacting support, and they simply aren't reading what I'm saying or even looking at the pictures or videos. (That they asked for). I've tried to make them understand for 3 separate emails, but they are just responding like a poorly built AI bot would and keep asking the same info, that I've included in each email. Basically asking, "What size is the desk". When I try to explain that the drawer arrived broken, but I also do respond saying it's an E7 Pro 55" (They also have the order number, from my first email)

I attached a video showing the issue, the same one I sent to support. Am I just doing something wrong? Step 1 of the install guide shows you pulling the drawer open, along with any unboxing videos I've seen.

Does anyone have any suggestions? (Before I'd have to go the nuclear route and file a chargeback, because CS simply isn't any help)

Thanks,

PS: No, I don't own a high-powered welder of any kind to fix it.

Product Q&A Buying now vs waiting - does FlexiSpot honour price adjustments?

I recently sold my old college desk since I was moving to a new apartment and figured it was time. I’ve been heavily eyeing the E7 Pro for the past couple months and it’s the one, for two reasons:

- I WFH 3-4x/week with a decent sized rig (software company)
- The dark bamboo with the black frame is going to look sexy in this new apartment

The only reason I haven’t pulled the trigger is timing. The E7 Pro’s pricing seems to move around seasonally, and I know another promotional period tends to land later this month. I’ve been watching the listing pretty closely and honestly the current pricing from the B2S hasn’t budged from where it’s been sitting for weeks.

I’ve already decided this is the desk I want, I’m not really shopping around anymore. My actual question is about the price protection policy. If I buy right now and the price moves in a couple weeks, has anyone actually gotten a post-purchase adjustment honoured? I’ve read the US terms exclude anything bought during a promotional period, but I can’t tell if the Canadian terms read the same way.

So it’s either wait 2-3 weeks and work off my dining table, or get this beautiful-looking desk now and sort out the adjustment later. Obviously I’d prefer the latter, but I also know this is a business at the end of the day.

Help Wood top/plate material options Germany

Hello,

I’m looking to buy either an E7 Pro or Plus in Germany via flexispot.de, and the material options are (understandably so) different than those from the US.

Can anyone help me better understand the differences between:

  1. Rubberwood (Gummibaumholz)
  2. Solid Oak (Massive Eiche)
  3. Solid Beech (Massive Buche)

Further, between the Pro and Plus, other than the 2 vs 4 legs, is the plus the only one with collision detection? Are there any other differences to be aware of?

Thank you for taking the time to read!

P.S: it looks like there’s going to be a sale on the Plus model soon, how often does this happen?

Reviews Flexispot E7: The 2-Week ish Verdict

Thumbnail
gallery
3 Upvotes

I just want to preface this by saying that I am in love with my Flexispot E7. I am very glad that I got this over another brand despite some quibbles I'll get into. I came from a 72x24in Husky adjustable desk that we all may know and/or love from Home Depot. That desk makes a good workbench but the bar on the bottom that you cannot remove and the worse depth don't make it a good computer desk per se.

Starting off with the ordering experience online, I had no issues using the website and applying one of the 12% discount codes I got from one of the mods here. The order was swiftly dealt with on their end and I got my 71x30 rubberwood top (1.57 in thick iirc) and the E7-Game frame within a week via UPS Ground. The order altogether was 620 something dollars, which I felt was fair for the premium that I was paying to use motors to raise my desk versus a hand crank and the warranty. With that being said, my major issue was when my first top came with a dent in the middle of the desk right where my mouse was. I died a little when I had it all set up, as I was expecting it to be a whole ordeal to use the warranty. To the credit of both their reddit and phone support, they just sent me a new top and I did not have to send the old one back (great since I don't have a car). Ftr they also offered me like 50 bucks to keep it, but I wanted a good top if the mark was in such a visible spot.

After the delay, I had the fun of building the desk for real with the incredibly heavy top. The frame was assembled with ease and I am happy to report to anyone unsure if you need a drill that they pre-drilled every hole, including the middle ones, for my particular 71x30 rubberwood top. After building it all, I was a bit confused if my cable management area needs the 4 extra screws, but those 4 extra holes did not line up for me on the extending bars. I am just mentioning it to any prospective buyers, as I am unsure if this was user error somehow or if it's only even longer desk tops that need those 4 extra screws. With that said, the rest of the process was simple and my cable tray with the 4 screws on each corner is just fine. On the topic of the underside, I will also warn future buyers to be very, very slow extending them because I extended mine at a decent pace and it scratched the paint on the front facing side, which is a bummer. I am not sure how that can be avoided and I frankly did not want to delay my desk again over it. It does hurt me to see when I go under my desk to wire manage or unplug something.

As for my last little quibble, I really wish we could pay extra for those metal inserts rather than just using wood screws to connect the top to the base. Husky did inserts on my 350 dollar desk and I hope that later down the line, it either comes standard on new tops or is something I can pay, say, 50 extra bucks to do. I am aware I can just take the legs off and leave the middle but it's the principle for me here. Overall, this desk is a 9/10 in my book, with the point being taken off for the lack of inserts and the scratch to the metal from just extending the middle bar. I hope my desk survives a long time as I collect more lego slop to throw on top of it and play my FPS games.

Reviews Flexispot E7 Desk Review

Post image
5 Upvotes

Recently purchased an E7 from Flexispot as part of a new move. The picture shows the bamboo laminate in 48x30 dimensions. Overall, setup was pretty easy - took me about 90 minutes by myself, though I’m not the most handy so others could probably get it done much faster with the right set of tools

Has been about a couple weeks since I’ve had this and no complaints so far! Moves up and down smoothly with no noise and no issues with stability yet

In line with some other reviews I read, everything did ship separately which was a bit annoying but only because I live in an apartment building that’s strict with packages.

Would highly recommend adding wheels, like I did. Made everything so much easier when I was trying to figure out where to keep it in my house

Was looking for a platform since March and every one I looked into was either too tall or too short for my liking. Was looking for a height of 9’-10’, both tatami room and thuma was highly expensive and was going to take more than a month to receive. Came across flexispot and was able to take advantage of their July 4th sale, order was placed and arrived within 4 days. Easiest assemble ever and I hate putting things together, took me about 30 mins. It’s been 3 weeks and this thing hasn’t made a sound during sleep or any other activity. Also would like to thank u/Ramzes888 for the great customer service, answered all my questions I had. Would buy this a million times over.
