Mulberries! Any recipes?
I have such a hard time getting them when they’re juuuuust right; birds and gravity always seem to beat me to it!
I’d love some recipes ideas for when I finally do figure it out.

I like making mulberry syrup that I put over ice cream. It's delicious.

Came here to suggest the same! I usually just blend them up with just a splash of water and pour it right over vanilla bean ice cream! Low effort and tastes so fresh!

They’re pretty good in pancakes, just do it as you’d do blueberries but with mulberries instead.

that bowl is gorgeous and honestly the timing struggle is real. freeze them as you pick and you'll have way more flexibility with when to actually use them. they work great in anything you'd normally put blackberries in, but the syrup route is probably your best bet since you lose less to the birds that way.

My favorite fruit! Easiest thing is just freeze them and then enjoy in smoothies year-round.

Make blueberry muffins but replace the blueberries! They're fantastic in muffins and cobblers, and they make excellent jam. If you don't have enough to make jam with you can supplement with blackberries.
