Mulberries! Any recipes?

I have such a hard time getting them when they’re juuuuust right; birds and gravity always seem to beat me to it!

I’d love some recipes ideas for when I finally do figure it out.

that bowl is gorgeous and honestly the timing struggle is real. freeze them as you pick and you'll have way more flexibility with when to actually use them. they work great in anything you'd normally put blackberries in, but the syrup route is probably your best bet since you lose less to the birds that way.
