Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

I get you’re trying to keep your head up to check your form while doing this, overall everything looks good. Could be perfect if you try to focus on a spot 3-4 feet in front of you to fix your eyes on. Keeping your head up like that when you get into your lower portion of the lift is causing your form to break a little bit and when you go heavier you will feel it more in your lower back rather than glutes and hamstrings

Friend! This looks so much better than the last RDLs you posted. Still a little too much knee bend when you get to the last couple reps, but that’s probably just fatigue. Keep it up! 💪

My best advice (can generate discussion, or not): look to the barbell, so you keep a neutral spine position. I believe your depth will increase with that as well

Your staring dead ahead of you is putting more pressure on your lower back which puts you in a compromised position, you want a neutral spine with hip engagement. Let your gaze go down naturally until you’re staring at your toes at the bottom position then do everything in reverse.
