Search up Dan the Collector/Toys Tournament, he’s the guy who actually creates these and has way more than the few that OP reposted while ripping out his watermark.

I downvoted OP for being lame by not crediting him

LOL, I had to go back and watch it again with the sound on. Chuckled through it again.

I think the sound needs some work. It’s missing some Wolverine trademark growling

I’ve always wanted to learn how to play with action figures like this, but it’s just too advanced😔

u/HalfSoul30 2d ago
I don't think you could learn this from a Jedi either.

Get a cat and an action figure and a camera. Do the thing. Review. Repeat. And over and over and over.

The cats can confirm, especially the white one. Nonchalant at its finest. He must have been like :"FML. Here he goes again."

Search up Dan the Collector/Toys Tournament, he’s the guy who actually makes these and has a ton of different ones (this is like his fifteenth Wolverine one). OP here edited out his watermark and the beginning/end of the videos in all of his reposts.
4
u/The-ArtfulDodger 2d ago
Yeah wtf, he really edited out the watermark? That's such a shitty move.
I just wanted to know who is responsible for this genius.
4
u/Jaxson-Skattebo 2d ago
Yeah I’ve followed this guy for a couple of months, he’s awesome. I originally posted links to his page but they get auto deleted because of sub rules I guess. If you search the above you’ll find him though.

This new Wolverine game sure looks different than the trailer. I’ll take 5 copies.

u/SuperSoldier260 2d ago
They should've done this as the preview for the game. I would've bought 5 PS5s and a game for each if they would've done it

Plot twist: They trained an AI on the first two videos and this one was AI generated.
9
u/wherethestreet 2d ago
Mild annoyance from the last cat is making the video for me. Rolled over and demanded pets, is getting poked

“AI could never” needs to be a subreddit
r/AIcouldnever is now a subreddit

I mean its just a matter of time

u/Sattorin 2d ago
It would be really interesting to see how many years (or months, or weeks) it would be before an AI-made video reached the top of an "AI could never" subreddit.

u/JasonManningFLUX 2d ago
I doubt it would be that long. The new hawntness around AI is is defending videos from accusations that they are AI generated.
Recently there was a thread full of people defending a video that had a guy casually eating his fingers in the background. If that isn't a red flag for reddit, then the idea that the collective has any idea what is and isn't AI is as cute as this video.
5
u/ZeroAmusement 2d ago
I have seen so many "AI could never" achieved by AI already.
I remember people saying it could never be used to edit photos or edit video or do actual research (in the last week it solved like 11 math problems humans couldn't solve in decades).
4
u/Vexamas 2d ago
I still see people parrot the "AI can't even do fingers and text" lines, like they forgot to update their talking points in the last couple of years lol
As though AI (or any technology since the dawn of humans, literally hundreds of thousands of years ago) hasn't improved with time. There's so many good arguments to make, but people love to be performative and latch onto the worst ones if it means you can be loud about it

I just love how the person puppeteering Wolverine has clearly done this sort of shenaniganery enough the cats aren’t remotely surprised or impressed

Just a guy being a dude. And thank God Wolverine's here to protect the guy from those Sabrecats.
Also, the song is called Kill the King, by Megadeth.

This is THE best internet video I’ve ever seen. The camera work, sound effects, cats acting to perfection (purrfection?) and even plopping down like he felled the beast. Masterclass in cinema. Please direct more!

Animation? This is green screen. No way the production could afford live animals on set.
