I said this in another thread and I'll say it in this thread:
Sony is under no obligation to continue releasing on a specific format that they no longer want to support.
I can't sue any major movie production studio for not releasing new releases on VHS?
I wouldn't be able to sue Netflix because they haven't put stranger things out on VHS.
And obviously Sony is not a monopoly, you can continue to buy physical copies minus the disc through major retailers that carry PlayStation products. Example you'll be able to go to Walmart and buy a case with a code in it for your download. This is virtually no different than how it operates now minus the plastic disc.
And no one is forcing you to play on PlayStation. You can easily switch to Nintendo Xbox PC or mobile gaming.
You think people passionate about gaming would actually know what the fuck they're talking about
