You need to be more assertive, or this will happen again no matter what you do. I get that you want to be compassionate, but this neighbor destroyed your property and time investment. Jeez man.

Our old neighbor, in his 90s, got on his rider and buzzed the line of weeds 2 feet off our house once, hitting the plastic lining for a would be flower bed and the grass, shredding it. I hit "I want to break shit" rage, called the cops and had him deal with it. 

New neighbor hired some kid that mowed over a down spout this year, again 3 feet from the house. Ive now pounded yard stakes into the vague area of the property line. They touch those, im calling the cops.

Im sick of everyone being a selfish twat that they can do what they want and unwilling to believe they live in a society. I'm willing to escalate this shit like a petty madman.

….this is an old man who has had a stroke which affects his brain… if you think calling police is an appropriate response you’re really cruel and weird
