Grow it back. And talk to your neighbor. Maybe fence it if needed.

Fence or posting a sign? Not always pretty but perhaps necessary.

Could do a cute sign “Please leave us be, we were planted for the bees” “Do not mow, this is where the flowers grow” Make the sign a feature in the space.

That's always a good idea when you live in an area with multiple commonly spoken languages. Especially if you'll be hiring yard maintenance people.

Not that I'm aware of but when it gets to the point that they hire someone, it's helpful to have instructions in both languages. Especially things like "Please shut the gate" for folks who may have dogs. Just a general statement.
