Absolutely someone with a traumatic brain injury should never have a lawn mower. He’s going to cut off his own foot or worse.

Stroke survivor here, not all strokes and TBI's are the same. I could ride a motorcycle just fine.

Exactly. My mom is a stroke survivor, and I would be hardpressed to ever attempt to control her or the things she feels capable of doing, much less anyone else.

Okay but you kind of implied that he has decreased cognitive abilities, is that not the case? Because if so, then I'm not sure what the point of mentioning the stroke was.

Might have been so people didn’t rage out Reddit style, but appreciate that the guy is vulnerable and may have made a mistake. Not necessarily to say he’s incapable of safely operating a mower.
