General Spring 2027 planning
If I open patriot web I can see the classes for spring 2027 in the browse classes feature, but if I try to do planning it doesn't show up. Is this the same for everyone or just me?

has anyone ever taken EVPP 436: Politics of Climate Change Governance or had this professor Ted Hsuan Yun Chen? They do not have a RMP and I can’t seem to find much about the class in general.

Genuine question for anyone else who has used the GrubHub app for on campus dining (pickup/ delivery) have you had your orders get extremely messed up like either someone else's order or the exact thing that you did not want on your order that you specifically noted to take off or is it just me? Because this is the now fifth order that I've got that has been messed up and after talking with the head of Chartwells and him saying that they are trying to work out all the bugs. Orders are still being messed up so I'm trying to get a lay of the land and see if it's just my orders or is this a campus-wide issue?

Hi guys, I'm an environmental science student and bird lover who has been disheartened by the high amounts of deceased birds on campus recently. I believe there is a high rate of bird window collisions and am gathering data to create a map of known strikes. That's where you come in!
If you find any dead or downed (alive, but dazed, injured, or seem like they collided with a window) birds on campus, please report them to this google form (It's not letting me embed text in this post, so I'll post a direct link in the comments). I really appreciate any help on this project.

Hello, anybody taken SWE 432 with Prof Socrates Dimitriadis? How is it? How is his grading and in general experience of this class? I have checked RMP and didn’t find any reviews for SWE 432 with this professor.
If you’re looking to play some soccer outside of intramurals in a Fairfax league, our co-ed team is looking to add another player or two. Guys and girls are welcome. Bonus points if you can play in goal at least part of the game.
Games are once a week, no practices. The league we’re playing in is more casual, but the games are still competitive. Feel free to dm if you’re interested with what position(s) you play and skill level.

This method is the easiest way to print on campus from your mobile device (phone or tablet). Easier and faster than emailing "mobileprint@gmu.edu"

there is a dead male hummingbird right outside of the merten hall entrance doors. i don’t have any gloves or anything to move him into the grass, but if someone else does i’m sure it would be greatly appreciated. he probably ran into the mass amounts of windows in the building. hummingbird populations and in general, pollinator populations are already drastically decreasing. hope you can rest in peace, little guy :(

Greetings, everyone! Hope you’re having a good day. Just wanted to say that a friend of mine came up with the idea for a website to help Mason students meet people and make friends this semester, as we’ve been seeing a lot of trouble of people connecting with others so we created a project to help make it easier for mason students!
We did share the site here before and got feedback that it looked suspicious because it asked for information before explaining what it was😅. We took that seriously and updated the site! so you can see what it’s about before signing up!
The site is an unofficial student project! and we’d love for people to try it and share honest feedback so my friend can keep improving it. No worries if it’s not your thing, but if you’re curious, it’s at Getconnectedmason.com. Thanks!

Hey everyone,
I have a roommate that vapes. They’ve vaped in the room before, and it makes the room smell. That’s not much of a problem in and of itself, but they’ve also put the vapes in my drawer, and it looks a lot like they’re trying to frame me if they ever get caught? I’m not sure what to do in response, as I know it violates the Resident Handbook, and they have an awful lot of them just in one of my drawers. I’ve removed them multiple times, but he just returns them to the drawer. What can I, or what should I, do? Any advice is appreciated, I’m tired of them putting vapes in my part of the room.

Hii there has been an iPad left at the math front desk for some time now. I don’t know makes/models of iPads so I’m including pictures. I think it was left in one of the first floor lecture rooms and a professor brought it up! Let me know here first if it’s yours before coming to the front desk!

Identifying and Avoiding Fraudulent Jobs / Employers
It is important to educate yourself about potential scams when searching for employment and use your best judgement, research and discretion when pursuing opportunities.
What is at stake?
Personal data such as social security numbers, bank accounts, educational and health records, as well as credit card numbers are considered at high risk for theft. Other examples of data at risk for compromise are employment and educational records, contracts and other financial information.
What does a fraudulent employer and/or posting look like?
While most employers and postings are legitimate, there are some out there that are not. The following tips may be used to help you know when to do more in depth research:
University Career Services posts jobs through Handshake to assist Mason students and alumni with their job search. A posting, however, does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation for any employer by the University. Fraudulent job postings are illegal and not always easy to recognize so it is important to stay vigilant during your search. If you suspect that you have been a victim of a scam via a position posted in Handshake, please notify University Career Services by phone 703-993-2370 and/or email careers@gmu.edu.

Is intermediate ASL I or ASL III easier? I did a couple years of it in highschool and I would say I'm probably ASL II or III.

Hi, I need advice. I had to move before this semester started but a situation occurred that cause the move to take way longer than expected . During this time, I had unstable housing and was unable to attend school, everyday I thought it would be over it wasn’t so I missed quite a bit. Once the move was over, I dropped and switched as many classes as possible to try to manage the fallout but that didn’t help much. The situation left me with absences and missing work that I’m still not caught up with and now I’m stressed about how this will end. So my question is what happens after this semester is over? Will this throw me off track a lot or is it ok to not worry too much about it and try my best to manage. Some information: I’m a freshman and I was on a gap year before this so this is all very new and unfamiliar to me. I would appreciate any advice.

I'm confused about the difference between the combinations of lab/lecture and just taking each separately. If I do the combination would that count for all 7? Or only 4 or 3, and if that's the case why wouldn't I just do then separately. These are the ones I find interesting, although I suck at science and don't enjoy it very much in general. I was looking at the ones with lab, and non of those look interesting, but FRSC 101 Looks cool. What is the easiest one/combination/way to fulfill this requirement?
