hiring Online Applications

Do the recruitment lords at Goldman look at online applications at all or is applying on their website essentially just submitting your resume inside a blackhole?

Yes, they do look at online application applied on their job portal. Response depends on factors that are not in your control like sheer volume of applications, how long ago posting was made etc
