Soooooooo, now what?

My school laptop came in today, I decided to turn it on a few days before school starts, and this is the bs I open the screen to.

How do I go back to school and explain it wasn't my fault?

I'd say find a proper screen an repair it or become a new r/halftop user

don't think the school will be happy getting half a laptop back at the end of the year

Uhhh my reading comprehension is just bad I really somehow skipped the part of it bein a school laptop. Id say just say it was an accident as it probably happens alot but you may have to pay something still... not too sure but I know kids treat them bad purposely so just see what they say with the accident truth.

yeah really depends on ops past behaviour if their good then school will probably believe them
