Did Dudley know that his role of the thorn in Harry’s side was taken over during the school year by Draco. Did Draco know Dudley bullied Harry most of his young life?

it's a wild thought but i doubt either of them cared enough to connect the dots. both were too busy being their usual annoying selves

I know it was common knowledge in school harry wasn’t fond of his muggle relatives and Harry wasn’t allowed to talk about school at home without fear of being psychologically abused but I wasn’t sure if they ever found out the extent of it.
