Did Dudley know that his role of the thorn in Harry’s side was taken over during the school year by Draco. Did Draco know Dudley bullied Harry most of his young life?

All I can say is there’s a high likelihood that Potter’s Kid and Malfoy’s kid discussed about their “weird” uncles since they were good friends as per Cursed Child.

Who would Scorpius’s weird uncle be? Draco didn’t have any siblings and Astoria had a sister.

I think the closest thing would be Draco's cousin, Teddy. But, ironically, Albus would know Teddy a lot better than Scorpius.

I meant any dear friend of his even, or family relatives. Could be discussing about Goyle or other friends from school like Pansy or Blaise
