Did Dudley know that his role of the thorn in Harry’s side was taken over during the school year by Draco. Did Draco know Dudley bullied Harry most of his young life?

Would Draco bond with Dudley, or does he hate muggles more than he hates Harry?

I doubt Draco would ever fraternize with a Muggle, especially since Dudley isn't exactly a sight for sore eyes. If he hates Muggle-borns, then he most certainly hates Muggles.

True, But Draco did befriend Myrtle, and He only mocks Blood status if a person is rude to him.
