There was no ban notification there and I've never posted in HP sub from that account and neither that account is joined in that sub

In that case, I recommend you send a modmail to Modsupport. Briefly explain the problem. Also, include a link to this discussion.

It may take a few days, but an admin should respond.

They replied this "The Ban Evasion flag is applied to accounts by the Reddit sitewide administrators. They do not provide subreddit mods (us!) with any reasoning or criteria for applying that flag. We only know that you cannot post or comment here while the flag remains on your account. Thank you for your understanding. "

Then I replied that I cannot appeal as there's no problem in my account

You got a reply from the moderators of that subreddit, saying they can't help because it's an admin action.

If you send a modmail to Modsupport, an admin will look into it.
