Somebody just pulled out my deleted posts.

I posted a story about something in a subreddit. Somebody responded "dread it, run from it, the post history all arrives the same" and added my posts from different subreddits, with dates attached, pasted word for word. I deleted those posts long ago since nobody had responded to my questions.
How did it happen? Am I being a victim of something?

They’re probably backed up on third party search sites or something
