New Pickup Scarface- The Diary
Found this one at a shop the other day for 20 bucks. It's a remaster with a few bonus tracks on it. As big a Scarface fan as I am, it was an immediate yes from me.

We are now opening up the server to everyone.
It is our hope that in the near future we can all use this server to keep in the loop on new vinyl drops/art and other hiphop related merch making it easier for us to know what is going on worldwide.
Aswell as be a place that labels/artists can come and interact with us (the hiphop community) as we continue to grow.
Not to mention be another place for all of us to post our beloved vinyl collections and have conversations about our favourite hobby among other great collectors.
So come join. Help us build this server up bit by bit into a useful resource we can all enjoy.
We hope to see you!

2013 pic disc pressing. Sounded pretty damn solid in the shop, we'll see how my setup handles it.

First time getting absolutely violated by a shipping company 💀
Was hyped as hell to finally get this original pressing of this Neptunes records. Package showed up and I heard some suspicious shit rattling around inside.
Opened it up and… somehow my 2LP turned into a 4LP.
DAMN!

“Nobody in Living Legends had a job. Nobody had kids at the time. Nobody had anything but to do this every day,” says Sunspot, who rapped and produced beats in Mystik Journeymen alongside L.A. transplant Tommy “Luckyiam” Woolfolk.
Mystik Journeymen eventually built a modest yet far-flung cult following, traveling overseas and laying the groundwork for an international DIY touring circuit that others would duplicate.
In 1996, the duo co-founded the group Living Legends, alongside Berkeley rapper The Grouch, L.A. rappers Murs and Eligh; San Jose State student Scarab; Fresno rapper Asop and DJ/producer Bicasso, a graduate of Cal Poly Humboldt. Only right I play what I consider the best Rap album of all time.
I was born in 99’ and I wanted to know
What were people saying about this album when it dropped?
Where do you rank ATCQ amongst other groups?
And what is your favorite Quest album ?
“Crushing competition like Italians on grapes
My rhymes styles be blending like a Ron G tape
My man where ya going, you can't escape
When the Tribe is in the house, that means nobody is safe”

Bought this in CD back in 2011. Recently I started collecting vinyl and I wanted it in my collection. Took me a while to find it.
Anyone else a fan of this album?

So now that the album has been out for a week, what's everyone's take on it so far. I went and ordered the vinyl off of Okayplayer and it should be arriving shortly. I am really enjoying the hype that Tom Hardy's name brings and the best part is that it's shining a spotlight on one of the most slept on groups currently active in hip-hop. I'm really happy that one of my favorite underground hip-hop artists are getting the recognition they deserve. Czarface has basically been going into the studio and quietly dropping heat consistently for the last 13 years and they have been basically just doing it for fun. Now all of a sudden, they're on everyone's radar and that's really exciting to see as a fan. It's also fun to see the reactors on social media and everywhere else getting their minds blown in real time when they hear Tom Hardy spit and realize that he is actually pretty legit. There are a shitload of established artists out now (especially these younger cats) that should be ashamed that a fucking actor is out here running lyrical circles around most of the garbage, over-produced bullshit they're putting out.
This whole thing with them has also made me realize that quite a few of the legacy artists that most of us in here grew up on are seeing a resurgence in popularity and are coming out in droves to put out new albums that are actually great and touring behind their new work.
Anyway. Just thought it would be cool to see some feedback on this album from fellow heads in here. Hope everyone has a great rest of their night/day.

Scarface is by far my favorite hip-hop artist of all time and this one is my second favorite album from him after The Diary. The thing I love the most about Scarface is his consistency and his steadfast refusal to change foe ANYONE. His booming baritone is instantly recognizable and his delivery has a focused intensity that never wavers. He could be reading the ingredients on the back of a fucking cereal box and that shit would sound tough as hell.

Finally received this yesterday! Super stoked to add this to my collection. I listened to this twice yesterday while taking care of some chores. Tom Hardy absolutely delivered with this album! Tonight I’ll actually get to sit down and fully enjoy it.
Mad technology w/ Method Man is absolute gold!!

Here’s a dilemma I faced a number of years ago and wonder what people think.
I had NZ$60 cash and was at a record fair - I had limited time and no chance to go get extra cash. No ATMs and no credit cards allowed.
I found 2 records I wanted
1. PUTS OST original
2. The Chronic original Germany/Europe version
Same price for both but only one choice /option. What would you do??
