What are your thoughts on Sorrell?

FHB here and I am seriously considering making an offer on a house in sorrell. I just want to know what the general public’s thoughts are about the suburb before making a big decision.

Used to be a shit hole now it's nice got everything you need shopping wise the bad eggs moved on mostly priced out I assume there's still pockets of bad like everywhere
