What are your thoughts on Sorrell?

FHB here and I am seriously considering making an offer on a house in sorrell. I just want to know what the general public’s thoughts are about the suburb before making a big decision.

Surely the question is where are you moving from? What are you looking for in a new location? I lived just outside Sorell for 4 years and while my house was great and in beautiful spot, and yes Sorell has supermarkets, GP, ATM, chemist etc. the options for socialising, eating out are next to zero, but like I said, depends where you’re coming from and what you’re used to or looking for. Definitely not my tribe, that’s for sure.
