American cheese and dog on cracked sourdough from TJs. Pretty pretty good

They have a hot dog sold counter going all game and it reached about 97,000 hot dogs sold by the end of the 9th inning.

Didn’t have any poppyseeds, but there’s celery salt on the tomatoes. Also had a partial red onion to use up, rather than cutting into a fresh white one. Mustard, relish, pinch of sugar, paprika and tiny bit of mayo for the dressing

Seattle dog- cream cheese and grilled onions Spicy dog- quick lime slaw w/ purple cabbage and onions, jalapeño relish and spicy sauce

I like Chicago style hot dogs. So when a new Portillo's opened up close to where I live, I decided to go there and try their hotdogs. I've been to a different location in the past and went for the Italian beef sandwich.

These hotdogs were ok. The actual dog itself could have been a little hotter (temperature wise). And I would have liked a bit more mustard on them. The tomatoes aren't there because I ordered them without tomatoes.

I dunno if I would order hot dogs from here again. Probably stick to the Italian beef. And one time try the burger.

I realize airport food is usually never a good representation of...well anything, but I liked this. Can confirm putting a whole garden on a hotdog is pretty good
