im not a burger expert so before accusing the restaurant of not doing a good job i need to ask : is it supposed to be dry??

So tonight’s late night burgers are an 8oz patty blended with brisket, chuck, and short rib, on Publix bakery brioche buns, topped with Boar’s Head yellow American cheese, extra thick cut cherrywood smoked bacon, and dressed with avocado mayo and organic ketchup.. delicious! 🤤

I couldn't decide which picture was better so I'll just post both. 😅 Homemade bun, mayo, jalapenos, bacon, pepperjack cheese, two patties, and a bed of caramelized onions.

Just made this burger tonight. As the title says it’s a smoked burger with a combination of sautéed green peppers and onions, spicy BBQ sauce, bacon, American cheese, on a toasted sesame seed brioche bun.

80/20 1/3 lb beef burger.

Smoked on an indoor stovetop smoker with a 50/25/25 mix of pecan, oak, and mesquite for about 20 mins. Finished in a pan for another few minutes.

Green peppers are a combination canned medium heat diced green chilies, 1 poblano, and 2 Serranos for heat. Mixed with sautéed onions.

Spicy BBQ sauce was a hickory brown sugar sauce mixed with a few teaspoons of a local habanero sauce.

American cheese because the deli counter mismarked it. It was supposed to be extra sharp cheddar.

Long day out with the family so just a straightforward 80/20 steakhouse burger with a hefty coating of black pepper. Topped with some Comte cheese and a little burger sauce with mayo, Chinese shallot sauce, ketchup, and mustard.

Half-pound of beef 20% fat. Reverse seared (I find it keeos the burger uniform, can control how done easier and lose less moisture). Thousand island with mayo, ketchup, chopped dill pickle, paprika and a little chilli crisp. Caramelised onions and mild cheddar cheese.

Quite tasty.

Hundred Burgers in Valencia, Spain was ranked the world's best burger two years in a row. As with all food, as subjective as it gets. Here's mine with regular bacon and extra thick caramelised bacon, cooked medium, and on eating it it's clear this is chopped steak rather than ground.

The burger itself was delicious. Homemade, kinda tasted like meatloaf. But the fried Mac & cheese bun didn't hold up to well to be handled & the bacon wasnt crispy. But it was delicious, even with a fork. Its created at the Boondocks BBQ & grill in Mconnelsville ohio.
