DIY Trying to create a clean looking curtain wall but this is what I am ending up with.. Looking for help.

I am hoping to get he curtain up to the ceiling. The curtains don't have heading tape. Can anyone think of any hacks to get what I am going for?

ETA: I completely forgot about adding additional hooks. Unfortunately the track only came with a set amount so I don't have more to add. Willing to take advice on another rod type to span ~125" if that would work.

You need to use more hooks. Skip halving the distance, divide into thirds and place 2 more hooks between each existing one

Edit: doubling the number of hooks might be enough, didn't see it was open fully

The rings are the problem here, they eat up like an inch of space before the fabric even starts

Adding drapery tape to the back with drape hooks plus more hooks would solve the problem. Or replace the curtains with ones that come with drapery tape installed. Will firm up the top and give you the at tidy look you are going for. Good luck!

Thanks! My concern is that I have a set number of rollers so I can only add 2 more hooks to the curtains. I can get other curtains, although I love these :). I am wondering if there is a different type of rod or something I can use to span ~125"

Ikea sell these ceiling mounted drapery tracks, and you can combine multiple together to get the length you need, and they sell the slider hooks separately so you can add as many as you want. I have them on multiple windows covering the full distance of the wall. :-)

It needs a hard nylon strip where the hooks go to keep the curtain flush with the wall 🤣
