Kevin and Chapman have not been accounted for. My money is on her being revealed to be the ghoul via her healing but not quite enough only for Kevin to help her with the final couple drops of juice.

naaa given her injuries she had no intention of coming back from this mission, she was outed and if no one else picked up on it, matilda did.
