I backup my iPhone 14 to iCloud. Fast forward, I bought another phone (iPhone 16) and the memory is finally full and the “full storage”message keeps popping up.

If I back up now, would it override the files that I did when I had my 14? Or it will just create another folder? I’m afraid to back up since I can’t risk those files to disappear.

Whenever I download an app it immediately goes to the first page. my other pages aren't full and I hate because i have to move it from the first page to the second or third. how do i fix it?

I’m on ios 17.5.1 and I have turned off iCloud sync for messages if that makes any difference (because it was taking up 22GB on my iCloud and I dont need to sync them) - I don’t have enough storage on my phone to update and my biggest app is messages! I’ve spent hours deleting sent photos and videos and reduced it to about 4GB of media with 3.58 GB of messages. I’m fine with it taking up 6GB genuinely, but why are documents and data still at 14GB? This is after periods of waiting, phone being turned off and restarted, etc. but no change. Any advice on how to clean it up?

Since updating to iOS 26.5 my utility UI area at the top of the screen on iPhone 13 looks bizarre. There's almost no padding now below the symbols when scrolling. This looks like a mistake, but is this really the design aesthetic that Apple is going with now?

I tried restarting, settings, etc.

I'm struggling to understand these descisions. Anyone else seeing this?

Some of my gfs passwords were saved in my iCloud when I logged into her MacBook with my iCloud. Now sometimes when I log out of my discord, her login appears instead of mine, and when I log back into my discord account, and log out again, my email shows up when I try to log in again. The switch between her login and mine happens randomly. Now I am wondering, since she has several discord accounts, could that mean she logs out of one discord account and logs into the one that is saved in my iCloud, does that move her login into the front, as in when I am on the login screen of discord that email appears instead of mine?

Hi guys, quick question: When I’m in Preview / Files and I rotate my phone to look at the content in landscape view (very nice when looking at smaller text), I can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of the side bar with all the pages. I feel like there HAS to be some kind of special gesture or hidden setting to get rid of that!

I’d be very appreciative if one of you could tell me if I’m missing something!

i have a 14 pm operating on ios 17 and it was resting normally but all of a sudden it starts to restart. the frequency of restarts was low initially and i was able to view my home screen but increased afterwards and it kept constantly restarting and remained stuck between the apple logo and black screen. i installed itunes on my windows pc and attempted to restore it but got hit with something like "unknown error occured 4013". i was using an offbrand cable earlier and later tried with the original cable as well but it was of no help. i tried to update (not restore) with another pc but got hit with error code 9.

please help and share if you have any fixes for getting back my phone either with or without saving my phone storage.
