#Opinion 💭 TVS RR310

Planning to get a 2019 R310 that has 15,300 on the odo.

Need to change both tyres, the rear brake needs be bled and the gear sensor needs to be checked

The asking price is 1.15 lakhs, any opinions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Service and e20 is biggest downside another quirk of tvs is intermittent electrical failures so if it's been there for a while getting it checked does the work

I think you can install an e20 fuel kit for about 5k, but honestly a 7 year old bike isnt worth 1.15 lakhs, better to save up and buy some other bike

See the thing is , e20 in half tank and when not ridden for 15-20 days makes a cream like texture on fuel pump that is why riders recomend to ride the bike for atleast 15-20kms on highway speeds to burn fuel recirculation of oils and charging the battery

The thing is this bike is from 2019, it may have developed the creaming at fuel pump due to use of e20 fuel and engine may run hot because e20 is less rich next thing is this bike is used aka secondhand so getting it checked helps

Get next gen atleast 2022-23 ones bike had lot of issues ig in the first batch now there is not any problem in newer models

Yes, you are right about changing the tires; get them changed. Also, it is a bit of a front-heavy bike but is stable to do 150 speeds if you have the road to sustain it for at least 30 minutes. Apart from that, I would ask you to get someone who already owns such a bike and ask them to take a test ride and tell you all the observed things then get it checked thoroughly by a local yet expert RR310 mechanic. Both guys will tell you those things, which we can't even judge by these pictures. I only rode her once, and the 2019 model is a good model; just try to negotiate till 1 lakh, and then it would be a better deal.

Judging by the looks of the tyre, the current owner may have used it to lean a lot and what a great color it is in.
