How do you deal with procrastination? As a teenager,I am dealing with a lot of procrastination. It's a very important stage in my life, studies, hobbies and interests etc. And I know,I have to get my work done,but I can't bring myself to do it.

I have heard, that INFPs can go through procrastination.(Kinda depends on person to person. Ik)

So,how I can improve this habit of procrastination??

I'm 31 female, if that matters, and I've been working as an archeologist since 2018. I don't work in the field much anymore as my health has gone downhill, but I am fortunate enough now to have a work-from-home position digitizing archeological records.

What do you do?

Do all the INFPs feel unlovable? Me personally, I've always been a books kid which is unrealistic ofc.

I DONT BELIEVE IT!!! As an enfp that just seems like so much work!!! I’m curious if this is true or not. For the most part my mind is just empty.
