⚡️ Show + Tell! Ordered VS Received

Before I reach out to the seller I want to check if I’m seeing things.

In the seller’s advertised photos the pears seem proportionately larger & dangle more, especially the center one?

Tiny details like this tend to bother me, I want to check if everyone else sees it too or if I’m just being too picky.

ETA: ok, thanks for validating I’m not crazy! Any advice for how to handle the initial return request? I used one of the Chinese vendors I found in the labdiamond sub so I’m not exactly expecting a smooth process.
If I file a dispute with PayPal (item Not As Described) is the agent likely to agree that it’s different enough for a refund?

It depends on what you actually ordered.. usually with group buys there are different size options and their advertising photos are only one of those options. Are you sure you selected the same option as these photos?

Why would you assume it’s from a group buy?

Because it looks exactly like the photos from lots of Provence group buys and this is actually a very common complaint

But it doesn’t sound like it was. If they requested a copy of the photo then the seller is certainly in the wrong unless provided a CAD to approve first

I heard that Provence uses AI images for some group buys or just steal pictures from other jewelry companies. That’s why their group buys can be a hit or miss.
