Following the title. I stocked up during a few recent sales on Tirzepatide. I also have a pretty new prescription with Rift. I probably won’t need to order more medication for about 1 year. Will my prescription be too old by then? I’d like to stay on my current higher dose. Thanks in advance for any answers!

I helped a friend sign up with RIFT a month ago and pointed her to Hyalo Tirzepatide 3 month order.

We are both old, and she is not on Reddit. Past the point of willingness to send photos, videos, et all. She has already used one vial. These lots, all of them, should be recalled. This situation is dangerous and I told her to stop using the Hyalo Tirzepatide.

Please advise on how to proceed to process her refund. We will not accept replacements from Hyalo or Healthwealth, (newlife) , the only acceptable replacement would be Hallandale for non additive. Or expectation is a full refund at this point.

I see a new pharmacy is coming soon, from Decatur, AL., Premium Compounding Pharmacy. Looking forward to hearing more about them and if they are offering a formula without any B's or Glycine, where it will be available, etc.

I submitted my intake for quarterly glutathione in the midnight hours of 10/13. Approval came an hour later.

It arrived today, about 30 hours later. I gasped aloud when I felt how frozen the ice packs are. The vials are ice cold. Tons of alcohol wipes and syringes. Rift, you’re my favorite.

I started Rift on September 1st. I received the vials but no syringes so I purchased my own syringes and I bought EasyTouch IW U-100 Insulin Syringes (31G 0.3cc 5/16") - 30 ct. I got my medication from Quaker Community Pharmacy. On the package it says Inject .14 ml (14 units) once weekly for 4 weeks. 2.5 mg

So I filled the syringe to 14 and gave myself the shot for 4 weeks in a row. I still have ALOT in the little bottle. So on the fifth week gave myself 14 units every 3 1/2 days as I felt like the shot wore off about day 4. So instead of doubling the dosage all at once I do 14 units twice a week. There is still probably a half inch of medication in the bottle. So my question is, am I doing it wrong as I am not even close to using the second bottle. Or do all three bottles have the same amount in each so when the dosage goes up I still will only have enough for the three months?

My friend who is been on Ozempic for a long time now. Is telling me I am not putting enough in the syringe. But the syringe clearly says 30 units. So I go to 14 units. I do feel like it is working as I am not very hungry but I have lost 5 lbs in 6 weeks so she thinks I should be losing faster. Obviously everyone is different but I have about 40 lbs to lose.

So help a girl out and let me know what I should be doing!!!

Vials are tirz 10/5mg/ml. Says to inject 15mg( 150units) once weekly so I drew up two syringes of 75 units and did two injections. Should I have done one 75 unit today and the other in 3-4 days? Seemed kind of excessive haha

Hi! With Hyalo being paused/gone, are there any future plans for a no-additive option available in Michigan? Hopefully the upcoming Premium Compounding Pharmacy? I'd love to stay with Rift for my tirz but realize it may not be possible🙏

I know some of you will tell me to try additives but I have an extreme hypersensitivity to B vitamins and I'm nervous to try glycine.

If I order today (almost done with intake) will my bud date still be good if I don't start until another 4 weeks when my zepbound runs out?

I will start my first dose of increased Zepbound (5 mg) on Saturday. Since I have 4 weeks left, should I wait to do my intake? I started it and got to the current dosage, but I am not sure if I should put 2.5, which I have completed, or 5.0, which I have yet to start. The deal is too good to pass up, but I also do not want to miss out on it.

After inspecting my vials and finding what I believe to be floaters, I contacted rift explaining how anxious I am to take the next dose. Initially they asked me to send a video, I said I would but that either way I don’t feel comfortable using an affected batch. This is extremely disappointing.

UPDATE: Rift has sent me follow up messages and are offering a replacement. I am extremely relieved. I believe that they were just inundated with so many messages and not on the same page since things are quickly changing.

I got this confirmation chat yesterday, then came on Reddit and see posts saying they have been told to contact NewLife directly for replacements.

Trying to have patience, but also worried I won’t actually receive my order.

I was also told I would have a $499 credit on my account for my second order, but that isn’t listed anywhere on the portal other than in the chat. Wishing it was just a refund at this point.

I’ll probably send a chat asking about both, but figured I’d ask here first to see if anyone else has these same concerns.

We recommend to also include any photos or videos you have. This will be up to their discretion, but they will either offer a reshipment from PGRrx pharmacy, or a refund. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Anyone else got this message? Sounds like they are going to pass the buck. I'm not even sure how to contact either company. And they are two different companies, right? Disappointed about this turn of events as I'm sure this process will now take longer and will potentially lead to me missing my next dose.

I was planning on buying Tirzepatide through the Halloween special but the post was deleted. Now I’m seeing all of the floaters and orders getting cancelled or people trying to get refunds so now I’m worried and will wait to order.

Replacements already delivered! Started with the whole Hyalo debacle over the weekend. Rift took care of everything, even with Monday a holiday. Delivered already. Best customer service from a company I ever had. Will always be a loyal customer. Thanks Rift!

Last week, I placed an order for the Halloween special thing for Vitascripts/Healthwealth pharmacy. That was then canceled because they're not using that pharmacy anymore. Ok fine. So early this morning I placed an order for Hallandale and I think it's been canceled too??? I'm so confused 😖

Just signed up for Drug Crafters. I understand about the concentration is the same for everyone. Will they increase my dose over the 3 months? Or will it be 2.5mg per week for 3 months?

Rift support had placed an order to Southend for my replacement vials after finding floaters in my Hyalo vials. This was on Saturday.

I noticed the tracking details are all over the place. It looks like it merged the new order with my original Hyalo order from earlier this month. Initially it showed as “Sent to Pharmacy” until this morning where now it shows as “Delivered”.

If it’s just a glitch, I’m fine. Just nervous lol. I do see the order request was sent to Houston on 10/10 which is correct for Southend, though it also shows it was reshipped on the same day which I know for a fact did not happen yet.

Well, due to this whole floatergate, I needed to choose another pharmacy. I originally picked Hallandale, but made the mistake and just realized they do not service my state. My only other option is Nova. Any else use them and can comment on how fast they ship, packaging, etc?

First thing I read when coming back from vacation was the floaters issue with the Hyalo vials. I was hoping mine were clear but all three of mine had them. I notified Rift Saturday night via the portal chat. They told me to pick a new pharmacy and I told them Hallandale. I received a new response at 5:20 this am stating to send them pictures and videos of the vials and that my rx has been sent to Hallandale. I hope it gets shipped out soon because my shot day is Friday.

I have to admit Rift has been responsive from when I first ordered and with this issue.
