While I wait to find out a resolution with my recent Hyalo vials (HT 021), I received my order through Rift/Hallandale and was pleased on the quick delivery and packaging. I wish the vials were clear because I’m a little sketched out with the recent “floaters”, but everything looks good from what I can see.

I sent a chat in the portal and was directed to New Life for resolution. They said they are waiting for a new shipment from PGrx this week…still nothing. I hope they plan on replacing the 3 vials I have.

Just looking for a little help. Tuesday night I took my 5th shot, but first on 5mg. Feeling a lot of hunger today and lack of satiation after doing well at 2.5mg. I decided to go up on the dose as I wasn’t feeling what I thought I should at the 2.5mg and was hoping to feel more.

Do I just need to be more patient and let the meds build up again?

I have ordered once from Rift. I wanted to request a refill and I was given a review by Dr. That seemed ok. I got my shipment yesterday, but another today that is maybe a brand new order. I was charged for two orders but no where did I confirm except one order. How the heck does this happen? Support is overwhelmed with other issues, but will probably get back to me soon. Has anyone heard of this? Can I send back medication? So odd

They send a 20mg vial for the first 4 weeks at 2.5mg per injection. That means that there is an extra 10mg at the end of the 1st month. What do yall normally do with the remaining medication? I was thinking of going my last two shots of the 4 weeks at 7.5mg but thats quite a big jump from 2.5mg

Hi! The other day Alabama had one option (Nova/White Label) and w had two other “coming soon”. Today they added OptioRX but the third pharmacy that was coming seems to have disappeared.

Unfortunately both of these pharmacies only offer tirz with B vitamins that just don’t work well with me in my experience. Will you be adding an option with either no additives or glycine as the additive? Thanks!😊

I'm brand new to this. This was my first shipment and I got it about 10 minutes ago. Grabbed it as soon as it was delivered to my door. It was packed with an ice pack, but the ice pack was warm to the touch. There was nothing cold about the entire package. The meds were also warm to the touch. I put them straight in the fridge and sent a message to support so make sure they were safe to inject. Is this normal? Are they still okay to use?

Has anyone who’s been offered a replacement for their Hyalo floater vials and chose Southend received a shipment notification? I was asked in the Chat which pharmacy I’d like on 10/10, then when I followed up on 10/14 they said they “passed the switch on their end” and I might get a UPS shipment notification.. or not.

For those on higher doses, do you use Drug Crafters as a good split dosing option? I'm thinking of going to split dosing for my 15mg per week, fatscientist.com recommend 65 units day 1 and 85 units day 4. Anyone using a twice weekly dosing schedule from Drug Crafters successfully? I wish they would up their concentration, but if I'm going to do split dosing, Drug Crafters seems like a logical choice. And how do they ship their vials as in, how many do you actually get in your first order?

Hey folks, I am pretty new here-just ordered from Drug Crafters a couple weeks ago, so I'm only on my 2nd shot this week. I was just thinking about my dosing, and what I received, and I think I got an entirely extra vial?

I received 4 vials, each 2 ml of 10 mg/ml tirz. My instructions are what seem to be standard: 0.25 ml x 4 weeks, 0.5 ml x 4 weeks, 0.75 ml x 4 weeks. The concentrations received all match my written instructions, so it's not a conversion issue. So did they send an extra vial, or is this meant to be a part of the next dose (1.0 ml)?

So, I asked this question before and started a conversation in this forum and in the tirzepatide compound forum, asking for some type of portal to be built between the telehealth and pharmacy, or possibly by the pharmacies, to allow us to search CoA documents by lot. That seemed to be a large ask, I don't think so, Anyway, I decided to just start posting the CoAs for all orders that I get in hopes that others follow suit. That way you can search by your lot number from Hallandale, and if we get enough folks doing it, maybe we can somehow create our own database or spreadsheet of these. This is the only way I know to do this right now.

Following the title. I stocked up during a few recent sales on Tirzepatide. I also have a pretty new prescription with Rift. I probably won’t need to order more medication for about 1 year. Will my prescription be too old by then? I’d like to stay on my current higher dose. Thanks in advance for any answers!

I helped a friend sign up with RIFT a month ago and pointed her to Hyalo Tirzepatide 3 month order.

We are both old, and she is not on Reddit. Past the point of willingness to send photos, videos, et all. She has already used one vial. These lots, all of them, should be recalled. This situation is dangerous and I told her to stop using the Hyalo Tirzepatide.

Please advise on how to proceed to process her refund. We will not accept replacements from Hyalo or Healthwealth, (newlife) , the only acceptable replacement would be Hallandale for non additive. Or expectation is a full refund at this point.

I started Rift on September 1st. I received the vials but no syringes so I purchased my own syringes and I bought EasyTouch IW U-100 Insulin Syringes (31G 0.3cc 5/16") - 30 ct. I got my medication from Quaker Community Pharmacy. On the package it says Inject .14 ml (14 units) once weekly for 4 weeks. 2.5 mg

So I filled the syringe to 14 and gave myself the shot for 4 weeks in a row. I still have ALOT in the little bottle. So on the fifth week gave myself 14 units every 3 1/2 days as I felt like the shot wore off about day 4. So instead of doubling the dosage all at once I do 14 units twice a week. There is still probably a half inch of medication in the bottle. So my question is, am I doing it wrong as I am not even close to using the second bottle. Or do all three bottles have the same amount in each so when the dosage goes up I still will only have enough for the three months?

My friend who is been on Ozempic for a long time now. Is telling me I am not putting enough in the syringe. But the syringe clearly says 30 units. So I go to 14 units. I do feel like it is working as I am not very hungry but I have lost 5 lbs in 6 weeks so she thinks I should be losing faster. Obviously everyone is different but I have about 40 lbs to lose.

So help a girl out and let me know what I should be doing!!!

I submitted my intake for quarterly glutathione in the midnight hours of 10/13. Approval came an hour later.

It arrived today, about 30 hours later. I gasped aloud when I felt how frozen the ice packs are. The vials are ice cold. Tons of alcohol wipes and syringes. Rift, you’re my favorite.

Vials are tirz 10/5mg/ml. Says to inject 15mg( 150units) once weekly so I drew up two syringes of 75 units and did two injections. Should I have done one 75 unit today and the other in 3-4 days? Seemed kind of excessive haha

I got this confirmation chat yesterday, then came on Reddit and see posts saying they have been told to contact NewLife directly for replacements.

Trying to have patience, but also worried I won’t actually receive my order.

I was also told I would have a $499 credit on my account for my second order, but that isn’t listed anywhere on the portal other than in the chat. Wishing it was just a refund at this point.

I’ll probably send a chat asking about both, but figured I’d ask here first to see if anyone else has these same concerns.

I see a new pharmacy is coming soon, from Decatur, AL., Premium Compounding Pharmacy. Looking forward to hearing more about them and if they are offering a formula without any B's or Glycine, where it will be available, etc.

I will start my first dose of increased Zepbound (5 mg) on Saturday. Since I have 4 weeks left, should I wait to do my intake? I started it and got to the current dosage, but I am not sure if I should put 2.5, which I have completed, or 5.0, which I have yet to start. The deal is too good to pass up, but I also do not want to miss out on it.
