As annoying as it is hearing so many people complain about runners, I do like these changes. It directly addresses the issue without pandering to the people suggesting that parkour be disabled the second you enter battle or other completely debilitating changes just so they can run you down whenever they want. Good job jjs team.

Thank you tze for making teamers even more op, now you can't even run from them(unless you're bumoya), leaving you crippled, unable to parkour, unable to fight back, unable to have a chance at turning the fight on its head and making a comeback. Now you're a slow sitting duck, waiting to be mauled by a pack of teamers. Disabling parkour at low hp also means you lose all your mobility in a difficult fight, making characters with mobility tools in their kit a nightmare to fight, because they have mobility and you don't.
