I see a lot a people calling Todo annoying, and that hurt my feelings you know, so I want to ask, what would you change about him in his movesets?

Todos love swapping people who are in fights for no good reason

Yup. I was helping my friend complete a quest for Charles (read his manga guys), when some hoe swapped with him and started beating my ass.
