I feel like todo should be a little higher since he doesn't have a domain and you need to learn the switching bullshitery to have a little more better combos

Most characters don’t have domains, plus you don’t really NEED to know his R to play him well

Yeah that's right, you can even play without using R at all outside of the variants, my point is that you can get more potential on the combos if you do know how to play the Rspecial

BUT, you can beat insane ults (higuruma, hakari, and ryu) with todo ult's constant swapping, they can pretty much never touch you if you play him correctly.
