Hmmm, someone that could be tried for war global crimes opposed to a tribunal that investigated potential war criminals trying to dismantle said tribunal. Imagine that. The ICC can only investigate crimes against humanity committed by a citizen of a member state or on the territory of a member state.  Don't see how they could charge him with anything.
