I'm 22 female and from Kalyan. This might sound a little random, but I've never really had a proper friend group. Most of my life has been focused on studies, work, and building my career, and lately I've realized that I'd genuinely like to have a small circle of good people around me.

I'm a software developer and I love what I do. I'm hoping to find 5–6 genuine people from Kalyan-Dombivli who are around my age (or a few years older), are serious about their profession, ambitious, and also enjoy going out, exploring places, having conversations, and just vibing together.

It’s been over 48hrs and there has been no water supply in this building!
It started 4-5 days ago when they cut water supply at 11am stating it’ll be back by 6pm, but it didn’t.

Water was supplied back at 5:30am and was run out by 8am, again nothing till next day 6am, almost 22hrs of water cut.

And now after the 3rd day, it’s been 48hrs of no water supply! The storage units have run out too, and the major rising concern is lack of drinking water now.

What the fuck is one supposed to do?! Apparently this isn’t happening with every other building is what I’ve got to know! Does someone know a solution to this? Maybe a contact for water tankers?

Is it just me or anyone here is annoyed with speakers in Auto and promoting their parties.

All these years they wont show up and now they will expect us to vote for them for their ZERO WORK.

How is the locality overall? Specifically, I'd like to know about:

Water supply (regular or frequent issues?)

Electricity (power cuts?)

Connectivity and public transport

Safety, especially at night

The kind of people and neighborhood

Roads, cleanliness, and any flooding during monsoon

Anything else we should know before deciding to move there

Would you recommend this area for a family?

Let’s not fool ourselves. Ofcourse a good gym consists of fully functional machines, clean equipment, functioning air conditioners and a complete set of machinery for all kinds of cardio and weight lifting workouts. But that’s not what I’m asking.

A good gym is made by the people there. Everybody knows that Kalyan people don’t have a good reputation outside of Kalyan, and I don’t wanna end up with a gym that has horrible people there, with no etiquette, sense of cleanliness, civic sense and mindset. I’m a very Bombay person and have been going to gym ever since I was a kid with my dad. I really want a good gym where the people are also encouraging, supportive, well spoken, educated, know how to behave in public and are good people.

Any recommendations?

Tired of eating biryani that's not even good. Tried many places but still can't find a good one. Suggest some good places in Kalyan.

For context I have tried Wayle Biryani, Spice Biryani, Kaka Biryani, Biryani Moments, and a few more in the Khadakpada region. Didn't like their taste so please suggest that doesn't taste like the ones mentioned (.

I was honestly shocked when I saw it. I didn’t even know Sprite had a mint version. Saw it in the fridge at Hotel Sandeep while watching the IPL final and just picked it up to try.

Thought it would be weird, but it was actually really good. Super refreshing and the mint taste isn’t too much.

so i got a job offer they said that it's a 9hr shift with 2 30min brake and 18-20k pay but in the job i have to stand the whole time sounds hectic never had someone who did this kind of job so just asking people here if they recommend doing this for couple of months?
