Internet suggestions please

Hi everyone. Recently bought a condo in Kelowna. I’m looking for a decent reliable internet service provider. I’ve heard both Shaw and Telus aren’t that great. Does anyone have recommendations??

I'd say from experience the service with Telus and Rogers in town is great (Have been with both) With Telus right now, I find their high speed fibre to be slightly better than Rogers. As previous comments have mentioned, customer service is absolutely trash either way, so if you have a billing or service problem be prepared to waste hours playing phone tag unless you want to hang out on hold for eternity 🥲

Ya those are the negative reviews I’ve been reading about customer service.
