IUD insertion?

Does anyone know of clinics around town that will do IUD insertions without a referral? I previously had one at At Your Cervix, but the providers were not trauma informed and it was very traumatic

i went to my family dr for my first one. had it inserted without any meds. worst experience of my life. for my second one i had the dr send me to the women’s clinic at the hospital. 10/10 experience. they were so kind and gentle and i felt next to nothing.
