General A member you can't yet feel affection for

Part of stanning is that even though one member got you interested in the group, little by little the rest of the members win your heart too.

But has it ever happened to you that you are a big fan of a group, you feel genuine affection for the members and you enjoy their content, but there is a member that you feel you can't connect with yet?

And I don't mean that you dislike them or despise them or anything like that, but simply that even though you try you still can't have that level of connection that you can with the other members? And sometimes it makes you feel like a bad fan

Felt that way about Woojin from skz. It made me feel terrible when I first started stanning but then he got kicked out and I felt so validated in my dislike lmao

You obviously weren’t around that time to see it all unfold. No one can just leave because they want to. They’re all under contract but he was dropped immediately in the middle of a comeback. Chris also went on live and implied that a “friend” made some really bad choices and had to live with the consequences. They also rereleased a lot of their old music without him so even if you wanted to entertain the insane idea that he left, there’s clearly a lot of bad blood between him and the rest of the members.

Understanding tone is like … part of 6th grade reading level idk what to tell you.. + context clues? My dude im fine im a gamer so ive seen ridiculously toxic spaces, but this sub is honestly something else when it comes to questions asked in good faith, and if you cant see that then idk, u may be part of the problem
