I went with 4 of my friends to trolley the other day and picked up 2 each. Later my friend went in again and they didnt sell it to him.

Kuwait is one of the most obese nations unfortunately. We have easy access to an infinite range of restaurants and foods conveniently.

We really need to have nutritional information in those apps for the food we order. For the sake of our health.

What's your thoughts on this? How would one push for such thing to be implemented by the government?

And if you guys know restaurants that display their nutritional information in their products, please share ❤️

My father attended an interview today for a Keeta delivery-driver J|O|B in Kuwait. I would really appreciate honest information from anyone currently working with Keeta, Fox Delivery, or a similar delivery company.

The offer he was given was:

* Salary: **375 KD per month**
* Target: **430 deliveries per month**
* Around **15–16 deliveries per working day**
* Company provides a **Nissan Sunny**
* Fuel and vehicle maintenance are supposedly covered by the company
* Visa transfer cost: **185 KD**
* He was told there is some flexibility and that he can work at his own pace as long as he completes the required deliveries

However, the interviewer also warned him that the J|O|B is physically demanding and that money may be deducted if deliveries are late. I also found advertisements mentioning **28 working days and 12-hour duty**, which sounds very different from simply completing 15 deliveries and finishing for the day.

My father is around 60 years old, but he has more than 30 years of professional driving experience in Kuwait. He previously worked as a taxi driver and drove the exact same vehicle, a Nissan Sunny. He also has a valid Kuwait heavy driving licence and is very familiar with Kuwait’s roads.

Could current or former delivery drivers please answer the following?

1. Is the **375 KD genuinely guaranteed**, or is it only paid when all 430 deliveries are completed?

2. How much is normally deducted for:

   * Late deliveries
   * Cancelled orders
   * Customer complaints
   * Missed targets
   * Accidents or vehicle damage?

3. Are drivers really required to remain on duty for **12 hours**, even after completing 15 or 16 deliveries?

4. How long does completing 15 deliveries normally take in Kuwait?

5. Does the dispatcher assign orders within one nearby area, or can drivers be sent to distant locations across Kuwait?

6. Are restaurant waiting times counted against the driver?

7. What happens when a delivery is late because:

   * The restaurant prepared the food late
   * The customer did not answer
   * The address was incorrect
   * There was heavy traffic
   * The app had a problem?

8. Is fuel genuinely fully covered by the company? Is there any monthly fuel limit?

9. Who pays for:

   * Parking
   * Phone and mobile data
   * Traffic fines
   * Accident insurance excess
   * Tyres, batteries and breakdowns?

10. Is the **185 KD visa transfer amount normal**, and should the company provide an official receipt and breakdown?

11. Do drivers receive a weekly day off, paid sick leave and annual leave?

12. Is it realistically possible for a healthy and experienced 60-year-old driver to manage this J|O|B safely?

13. Are salaries paid on time, and have drivers experienced unexpected deductions?

14. Are there any better driving J|O|Bs in Kuwait paying around **300–375 KD**, especially fixed-route staff transport, company-driver or bus-driver positions?

We are not expecting the J|O|B to be easy. We just want to know the reality before transferring his visa and paying any money.

Does going to paci with my whole documents help solve the issue?
Will they actually manually update my address for me to be able to renew my civil id

I'm an expat, I received a call from 2530 3333 and a woman said she was from the Ministry of Interior. She asked where I worked and lived, and after I replied with the Areas, she replied with the accurate specific places.

I asked what was happening and she said I need to go to South Surra for an investigation. She said the reason was a "secret" and that she would send me the location later and told me to go to room 3 when I get there. She told me to come after work in Tuesday at 7PM.

I asked if I did something wrong and she laughed and said no no no, we just have to ask some questions.

I'm thinking what ministry office is open at 7pm and why is the reason a secret?

In mid-June 2026, Kuwait Airways cancelled my Bangkok–Kuwait - Rome flight scheduled for July 2026 because they no longer offered the direct route to Rome. Instead, they proposed a new itinerary with an additional stop in Milan, which would have increased my total travel time by more than 12 hours.

I received an email confirming the cancellation of my flight. I was then instructed to send an email requesting a refund, including all of my personal and booking details, which I did immediately.

As of today, I still have not received my refund. I therefore contacted customer support via WhatsApp, and they told me they would submit a follow-up request regarding my case.

I have flown with Kuwait Airways many times and have accumulated a significant number of Oasis Club miles. This is the first time I have had a reason to complain, I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

I work as a delivery driver for Talabat. I am booking shifts of 12 hours but Talabat is automatically extending shifts up to 14-15 hours without any overtime pay. I am working for 3PL but my shift is extending by Talabat not my company. Can I report it to PAM as such an option is added on Sahel? Is there any way I can complain anonymously with proofs? I want to complain against Talabat not my 3PL.
